The Foundation’s Activities

The Sir James Killen Foundation supports the Young LNP in providing opportunities for young people to develop their liberal philosophy and hone their political skills.

The Sir James Killen Foundation supports initiatives to advance the party's youth movement and further contributions allow the program of activities to expand. It also assists in recognising and preserving the history of the Young Liberal Movement in Queensland.

Contributions to the Foundation support events such as our campaign flying squads, policy panels, the Sir James Killen Public Speaking Competition, dinner functions and help enables the Young LNP’s advocacy at State Conventions.

To find out more about the Sir James Killen Foundation and the Young LNP, or to make a contribution to the trust, please contact the one of the trustees or the Young LNP Executive via email: president@ylnp.org.

Your contribution to the Foundation will be acknowledged at the Sir James Killen Past Presidents and Life Members dinner, held by the Young LNP biennially.
